  • 💬 Frequently Asked Questions

What type of candle should I use with this burner? Use only one standard, unscented tealight candle at a time. We recommend a 4-hour tealight to prevent the ceramic from overheating.

Can I use scented tealights? We advise against using scented tealights. The fragrant oils in the tealight, combined with the heat and your wax melt, can sometimes cause the burner to smoke or affect the purity of your chosen wax melt scent.

How do I clean the wax out of the dish? Once the wax has cooled and solidified, lighting a tealight for just 30 seconds will loosen the bottom of the wax "puck," allowing it to slide right out. Wipe the dish with a paper towel to remove any residue.

How many wax melts should I use at once? For this 10cm burner, we recommend starting with one standard-sized wax melt cube or segment. Do not overfill the dish, as the wax may overflow when melted.

Is it safe to leave the burner alone? No. For your safety, always keep the burner within your sight while the tealight is lit. Keep it away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets.
