The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and have them shipped in 5-7 days, if we sell out of an item then please allow a few more days for this item to be created for you as EVERYTHING is created by hand. It will be worth the wait!

We will do our utmost to make sure it gets to you as soon as possible.

You can also take advantage of our local delivery service when you purchase £20.00 or more.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
